Membership Process

Membership Process

Interview

Meet with one or more members, learn about the Guild as we learn about you. This step may involve interviewing other members with specialized roles to judge your readiness.

Evaluation

Depending on your experience and background, we may evaluate your current work, request professional references and maybe a background check may be issued at your expense.

If all goes well we’ll schedule time to evaluate your experience, skills, and determine opportunities and next steps. We’ll conduct a Roles review and agree on Pay Rate and finally work at signing your consulting contract.

Probation

Every new member is put on a 90 day probationary period. This time period gives you and the Guild an opportunity to evaluate how well we work together. It also provides an opportunity to evaluate your ability to accomplish roles on client projects.

During the evaluation we will negotiate your pay rate and the roles you may hold on client projects. We’ll also discuss opportunities internally with The Mighty Guild divisions of the company.
