Services under the role of Client Diplomat do not offer a base hourly rate and is commission based only. The Client Diplomat will be awarded up to 15% sales commission based on contract gross budget.
Commission rates are based on total contract budget size as complexity grows and are based on the following budget rate sheet:
Client Diplomats can hold multiple roles and commission is based on your short or long-term engagement in qualifying a lead into an opportunity, gathering business and technical requirements, scope and budget and coordinating with Members, Partners, and Vendors to issue a Proposal and getting it signed.
** The commission percentage is the total gross commission awarded to the team per contract.
Business Development Roles
Influencers are natural networkers who have a client base and or industry niche of colleague and contacts which provides introductions. Influencers may already have a consulting or speaking engagement and promote or advocate on behalf of The Mighty Guild. Influencers provide an introduction for Business Developers who will diplomatically negotiate on behalf of the Guild at the behest of the influencer’s recommendation.
Commission: 1 - 2%
May include secondary engagement bonus or consulting services.
A Brand Ambassador is a person who is hired by an organization to represent a brand in a positive light and by doing so help to increase brand awareness and sales. The brand ambassador is meant to embody the corporate identity in appearance, demeanor, values and ethics. The key element of brand ambassadors is their ability to use promotional strategies that will strengthen the customer-product-service relationship and influence a large audience to become a member and or buy Guild Services. Predominantly, a brand ambassador is known as a positive spokesperson, an opinion leader or a community influencer, appointed as an internal or external agent to boost product or service sales and create brand awareness.
Commission: 2 - 5%
Depending on experience, industry influence, and gross contracts or members signed the brand ambassador may qualify for monthly non-billable payment in the form of equity debt repayments for hours spent promoting the brand. This may optionally include monthly budget for event sponsorship.
Business Developers provide the most effort toward qualifying a lead, defining the opportunity and negotiating with the client and the team. Business Developers may conduct market research, collaborate with brand ambassadors and influencers and work on the ground/phones/email/social media to get leads and provide a sound proposal (collaborating with senior team Members).
Commission: 15% - 5%
Possible signing Bonus on larger contracts and as sales pipeline grows a fixed monthly base salary (TBD) may be offered in lieu of a monthly non-billable payment in the form of equity debt repayments for hours spent quantifying opportunities for The Guild.
